Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to confirmed paid enrollments in DevRoute Center courses and clinics. Free resources, downloaded templates after delivery, and completed private consulting hours are handled under the exceptions below.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund up to fourteen (14) days before the cohort or clinic start date. Requests received later are evaluated for partial credit as described next.

Full and partial refunds

Cancellations fourteen or more days before start: full refund of tuition paid, minus any non-refundable third-party venue fees disclosed on your invoice. Cancellations between thirteen and three days before start: fifty percent (50%) refund, or a seat transfer to a later cohort within six months. Cancellations inside three days, or no-shows: no cash refund; we may offer a single transfer at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

Printed materials already shipped, licensed dataset fees paid to third parties on your behalf, and custom Atlas Desk discovery work completed before cancellation are non-refundable once delivered.

Refund process

Email contact@devroute-center.digital with your full name, program name, invoice number, and reason for the request. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline the refund or transfer option that applies.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days using the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellations by DevRoute Center

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a future date. We are not responsible for travel costs you booked independently.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandated travel restrictions may qualify for expanded transfer options even inside the three-day window. Each case is reviewed individually.
